1. Who We Are

Michael L. Marshall Diagnostics, Inc. ("MLM Diagnostics", "we", "us", "our") operates mlmdiag.com. We provide mobile ADAS calibration, module programming, and diagnostics services to automotive repair shops.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and business name when you register.
  • Job data: Vehicle information (VIN, make, model, year), repair notes, photos, and service records associated with work orders.
  • Location data (technicians only): GPS coordinates are recorded during active job assignments. Technicians must provide explicit consent before location data is collected. This data is visible to MLM Diagnostics managers and administrators only.
  • Communication data: Messages sent through our contact form and in-app notes.
  • Usage data: Standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.

3. How We Use Data

  • Providing and improving our services
  • Managing job scheduling, dispatch, and invoicing
  • Communicating about appointments, updates, and billing
  • Internal analytics and operational reporting
  • Complying with legal obligations

4. Data Processors

We use the following third-party processors:

  • Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure. Data stored in US-East-1 (AWS). See Supabase Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel — Application hosting and edge network. See Vercel Privacy Policy.
  • Loops.so — Transactional email delivery. See Loops Privacy Policy.
  • Google Maps — Address autocomplete during shop registration.
  • QuickBooks (Intuit) — Invoice synchronization for billing.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and job data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years thereafter for legal and tax compliance. Location data is retained for 60 days after collection.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing admin@mlmdiag.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
