Access to scheduling and job management tools is provided through this platform. 3. SHOP ACCOUNTS Shop accounts are subject to approval by MLM Diagnostics before access is granted. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access at any time. 4. USE OF PLATFORM You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with services. All data submitted must be accurate. 5. INVOICING & PAYMENT Invoices are generated per job. Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6. PRIVACY Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy at mlmdiag.com/privacy. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MLM Diagnostics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform. 8.
